We recently visited German motor store in September to pick up our new BMW after just landing in the UK from America.
WOW! Is one of the only words we can say. The car has been brilliant and the customer service we have received from Andy is fantastic! I will always recommend German Motor Store to anyone who asks me about our car!
We travelled all the way from the Isle Of Wight and it was one of the best decisions made.
We found the car a day before we flew to America for 3 weeks. Although this was the first time Andy had had this we paid our deposit and the car was waiting for us upon return. During this time we received multiple videos and photos of the car which was great we got to see its full potential without travelling.
We couldn’t recommend German Motor Store enough!

Highly recommend German motor store Ltd. Turned up Monday to look at a BMW335d m sport touring and Andy got it out for me and allowed me as much time as I needed to go round the car on my own. That's a big plus in my book. Very friendly and kept me updated with the whole process. Especially appreciated the time he took to help me familiarise myself with the car on collection. I had a very good experience with German Motor Store, I was needing a automatic car due to health issues I have. Andy was very nice, not pushing a sale at all. I asked for a video walk round of the car, which Andy did for me without any hassle. He told me everything I wanted to know about the car. I absolutely love the car. Recently purchased a car from the German Motor Store in Chesterfield. Their Sales Manager Andy was extremely helpful with good communications throughout, excellent. The vehicle was good value for money and delivered to my door. Would buy from them again.

Bought a vehicle from Andy around 3 weeks ago now, the vehicle was exactly as described and the handover was smooth.
Had a couple of issues when I got the car home, spoke with Andy and he was more than happy to get everything sorted for me (windscreen, headlight clips) with no issues.
Very transparent and honest, will be returning in a few years for a new BMW 100%
